EA buy and sell indicator not showing on chart

Hi,

I have applied predefined EA from Pi but

  • don’t know why it is not showing buy or sell signal on chart for past period?

  • is it active only during active market hours or available during non market hours

you can see buy sell signals on charts only in back testing.
you get buy sell signals in pi under alerts menu -> generated alerts

then what is use of Artificial Intelligence tab in Pi where it say you can apply predefined EA to chart if I can’t see signal on live chart during market hour.
I’m new to this so pls bear with my ignorance.
Pls help.
