Any ideas if Zerodha will have same procedure of tendering shares for Escorts Open Offer which opens on March 14?

I’m really hoping it is straight forward.

Escorts Open Offer is opened today, I don’t it see it under Console.

Received following email from Zerodha. Process is very complicated.

Thank you for writing to Zerodha.

Kubota Corporation has made an open offer for Takeover of Escorts Limited at a price of Rs. 2000/- per share. The issue opens on March 14, 2022, and closes on March 28, 2022.

This will be an off-market transaction. A duly filled Delivery Instruction slip (DIS) should be sent to Zerodha to transfer the shares to Kfintech Escrow Account. Applicants should also send the Form of Acceptance-cum-Acknowledgment (Page no. 72 from the Letter of offer) duly signed along with all the relevant documents.
