There is no notification regarding this from the company yet, as 2nd December was Final Due Date for the payment of First Call Money, listing should happen sometime soon.
we issued cheque for first call money . still its not come clearing? when will take money. several mails send to registar and company still no response
The company in it’s notice to shareholders has mentioned that, it can take upto two to three weeks from last payment date (2nd December) to complete the allotment of partly paid Equity shares, which will be paid-up to the extent of First Call and will be alloted under new ISIN.

Going by this, the allotment and listing of the same should happen soon.
Last trading day of Partly paid shares is 20 January 2021. the share will become fully paid once second and FINAL call money of 25 rs is paid . 22 January 2021 is the record date to Ascertain the shareholders of partly paid shares who are eligible to pay the Second and final Call of Rs.25/- per share towards partly paid shares of the Company. (Rs.5/- towards face value and Rs.20/- towards share premium)
