Global Health Limited is one of the largest private multi-specialty tertiary care providers operating in the North and East regions of India, with key specialties of cardiology and cardiac science, neurosciences, oncology, digestive and hepatobiliary sciences, orthopedics, liver transplant, and kidney and urology.

Under the “Medanta” brand, Global Health has a network of four hospitals currently in operation (Gurugram, Indore, Ranchi, and Lucknow). They provide healthcare services in over 30 medical specialties and engage over 1,100 doctors led by highly experienced department heads, spanning an area of 3.7 million sq. ft, and their operational hospitals have 2,176 installed beds.

Global Health Limited’s public offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 500 crores and an offer for sale of 4.84 crore equity shares from existing shareholders.
