Everything you need to know about the M&M Financial rights issue

Thanks for the updates, however on the ticket the Zerodha team is not responding on this ticket.
and on call they said that since i do not hold it as i sold it on 22 after buying it on 21 i may not get RE.

Atleast an email acknowledgement or comprehensive responce on email/ticket make a lot of difference

Hii Shubh…While applying for REs through ASBA there is one coloum of DP Name… That is my broker name ri8…? Please tell

Yes, enter your broker name.

Ok Thanks

Day is listing is August 27, how do i buy the RE shares then if issues period is - July 28, 2020 to August 11, 2020
@ShubhS9

That listing date is for M&M Financial’s rights shares.

Trading period for RE opens tomorrow, you can buy RE’s in market then.

As suggested to me above the RE in my case would be with broker(Zerodha), but i do not see them in my Console, when should l expect them so that i purchase the RE shares accordingly

If you sold the shares on 22nd July or have pledged the shares, RE’s will be credited to your account tomorrow.

Ok, Thanks ! Yes, I purchased on 21st and sold on 22nd.

@ShubhS9 I have 100 shares for RE, I bought few after, now it is 220 at average price of 183
If I buy RE tomorrow, will the average shares be inclusive of 100 shares by 29th?

can you also tell or share the link for how to send the RE if we don’t want to buy

Couldn’t understand what you are saying, can you explain more clearly?

If you don’t want to apply for rights shares, you can sell RE’s at premium from holdings like you sell any other stock.

so, I have 220 shares as of today, if I buy RE (100) will it be 320 shares?

No, you will have to use RE’s to apply for M&M Financial’s shares.
