TIL Limited has announced a rights issue of 1,20,91,760 equity shares aggregating up to ₹199.51 crores. The rights issue opens for subscription on March 30, 2026, and closes on April 8, 2026.

Anyone who holds shares of TIL Limited as of March 23, 2026 (record date) will be eligible to receive Rights Entitlements (REs). These REs will be temporarily traded on the stock exchanges and will then be extinguished. You can either use the REs to apply for the rights shares of the company, or you can sell them in the market.

You will be eligible to receive Rights Entitlements (REs) if you’ve bought the shares on or before March 20, 2026. The ex-date is March 23, 2026.

## How to apply for TIL Limited Rights Issue?

Once you either receive the REs from the company or purchase them from the market, you can apply for the rights shares using the below methods;

- Online via Netbanking ASBA

You will need to enter your Demat account’s [Beneficiary Owner ID](https://support.zerodha.com/category/your-zerodha-account/dp-id-and-bank-details/dp-id-bo-id/articles/dp-name-dp-id-bo-id-and-demat-id)which is a 16-digit number while applying for the rights issue.

**This is a partly-paid issue, meaning you only have to make a part payment at the time of application.**

**What will happen to my purchased holding of RE shares if I do not apply for the rights issue?**  
Your REs will lapse and you will lose the premium paid to acquire them. The RE will be in the form of temporary demat securities which will lapse if not renounced/exercised once the trading window is closed.

**I don’t have the shares but bought REs, am I still eligible to apply for the rights issue?**  
In case you have bought REs but don’t have shares, you’re still eligible for the rights issue. You may apply for the rights shares either through the RTA’s portal or via net banking ASBA if your bank allows it. If you don’t take any action, and let the REs remain in your Zerodha account, they will lapse after the issue.

**Update:** TIL Limited (TILCM) has announced the First and Final Call for its partly paid-up rights shares. June 3, 2026, was the record date to determine eligible shareholders who must pay the balance amount due on their partly paid shares. As a result, the partly paid-up shares of TIL Limited (ISIN: IN9806C01016) were suspended from trading on the exchanges from June 3, 2026, and may no longer be visible for trading on Kite.

A) TIL LIMITED - CALL MONEY - RESIDENT ACCOUNT

B) TIL LIMITED - CALL MONEY – NON - RESIDENT ACCOUNT.

**What happens if I don’t make the call payment?**

If you fail to make the payment, interest @10% per annum may be levied on the delayed amount, the company may deduct any outstanding call money and interest from future dividends payable to you, and the partly paid shares you hold, including the amount already paid thereon, may be forfeited.
