Vikas Ecotech will issue Right Entitlements (RE’s) to anyone who holds its shares as of June 10, 2021 (record date). These RE’s will be temporarily traded on the stock exchanges and will then be extinguished. You can either use the RE’s to apply for the rights shares of Vikas Ecotech or you can sell them in the market. # How to apply for Vikas Ecotech Rights Issue?
Once you either receive the RE’s from the company or purchase it from the market, you can apply for the rights shares using Netbanking ASBA. You can check the process in [this post](https://tradingqna.com/t/how-do-i-apply-for-the-rights-issue-of-piramal-enterprises/33380/3).
You can also apply for rights shares through the [website of the Registrar and Transfer agent](https://rights.alankit.com/Rights/index?CoCode=uqBmJUwz1v+QJfqYvz6OWg==&&Declsrno=EfLim0WJz/mMB0g0+VIZBg==&&RecordDate=9U3AGS/Aaqjkm19jmwuIcT6c/uE6/r7El2TspDgZ62Y=). The website might not be fully live until the issue opens for the subscription.
You will need to enter your demat account’s [Beneficiary Owner ID](https://support.zerodha.com/category/your-zerodha-account/dp-id-and-bank-details/articles/what-is-my-bo-id) which is a 16-digit number while applying through Netbanking ASBA.

Just received an update. tomorrow will be the date of right shares credit and trading date would be on or before 13 July 2021
