Exit from Holdings NSE or BSE choice?

Today I noticed that when I used exit option from the holdings tab, some of the stocks showed NSE in order form and some of them displayed BSE even though the scrip is listed on both exhanges, why? Is it possible to make the choice of exchange in the exit order form directly without adding it afresh from the marketwatch ?
