Today is Expiry Day.
We should look OPTION CHAIN from seller’s perspective right.
We have ITM OI.
So all the people who have ITM positions lost money?
Or I am looking this in a wrong way?

You are looking in the right way.
We can’t say that for sure, because you don’t know how much premium the option sellers collected.
So as long as the premium on expiry doesn’t exceeds the premium they collected they are in profit.
In this case many people would have lost the money (Since market was bearish and not everybody expected this quick recovery) but all those who sold the ITM Call options didn’t made loss.
