Feature Request: Allow us to withdraw more than 5cr per day - Zerodha

Currently, Zerodha only allows withdrawal of 5cr per day.

If I need to withdraw more, I need to manually place a support request and wait for them to do it manually. Can you guys just increase the withdrawal limit or remove it?

If you raise ticket we will process it on same day, no upper limit for this.

Will check with team on raising limit.

I have a question regarding frequent withdrawals and deposits with Zerodha. If I withdraw ₹5 crore or more every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and then deposit it back on Monday, repeating this process 52 times a year, so i can earn bank interest. Will this be acceptable to the Zerodha team? Could this be considered abusive or against the spirit of Zerodha’s policies?

Wouldn’t Liquidbees be a good option for parking in the short term, if there are no tax concern.

@Rathi I’m hesitant about LiquidBees due to higher risk compared to Fixed Deposits and limited understanding of their risk profile.

Also buying and selling Liquidbees attract charges of total 0.0222452% (0.00297% NSE transaction charge buy + sell with GST. 0.0001% sebi charge buy + sell with GST, 0.015% buy stamp duty).

So buying/selling them 52 times will cost me 1.1567504%

I can also just buy them once, and pledge them for margin. But they are not 100% safe. I am very paranoid.

I might consider buying G-Sec or Gilt mutual fund, and pledge them. But I need to find out about how liquid are those stuff first.
