Request you also to file RTI on similar issue .
Every time SEBI is diluting the cases and dragging for decades.

Let us put pressure on SEBI to act.

@haribabu: Interesting idea. Though the crash happened at NSE which is a non government entity. I guess the best SEBI can do is make their official response from NSE public, but wonder what benifit it will bring.

SEBI is known for diluting and dragging for decades.

No one is monitoring it. It’s performance is not evoluted. So it is behaving like Big Brother.

We can not say crash to 1 or 2 % fall of Nifty
In 2008 Nifty fall hit lower circuit of 10%
To 10% fall we can say crash ,but 1 or 2 % I don’t think so

Whatever happened should come out with details of it. Can’t hide.

He is not talking abt fall on nifty.

On 10 july 2017 the nse servers crashed and no one could trade for 2 to 3 hours, resulting in unneccessary losses to people who already had positions in the market and couldn’t exit them.

Got reply from SEBI saying the my application is rejected.

Instead of no response this seems some what better. :grinning:
