For Zerodha: What is the reason for T+2 days in equity for withdrawal of margins?

HI,

Out of curiosity: What is the reason for T+2 days in equity for withdrawal of margins? Is there a possibility of time reduction? It is T+1 in F&O.

Since settlement of funds takes T+2 (T+1 for F&O), withdrawal time frame can’t be reduced.

Other broker give withdraw easy.
Zerodha take 4 days T+2 + bank transfer time

@Rajiv1 I have never faced withdrawal delays like 4 days.
