Due to swipe mistake from my end , my funds where added in commodity account on 27th July
Later I noticed that commodity account is in dormant as I was not using it
My thoughts on this

Why kite didn’t warn me when I was adding funds to dormant account that is commodity trading

For example say I don’t want commodity trading due to which it is was dormant status , why zerodha is willing to take funds for dormant account but ask its customer to complete ekyc and reactivate the account and take its funds iback is it not hand twisting the customer just for funds.

Lastly nothing … My funds are still stuck with your company sir
