hi i am new to Future Spread . i added Nifty 31 may -28th June future spread . i saw value changes from 12.25 to 392 . so much volatility . lot size is 75 . can spread value be 0 or negative ? what is the maximum loss in a future spread ? can we use cover order ?

please give me some information on future spread . it is interesting

Spread can never be zero. Market makers (stock brokers who are members of stock exchanges) ensure that enough support is there for the security to make a profit before others .

Look at may 31 nifty and June 28th nifty spread. Value jumped from 12 to 383 and to -383.so if i buy at 12 and sell at -383 then i will have hugh loss
