Can you please suggest the process of buying gold for delivery on MCX and if there’s any calculator to understand the relevant charges for physical delivery.
As well charges applicable in case of taking the delivery and holding it in Demat form with MCX.
The contract specification documents on the MCX website for various Gold contracts contains the detail about the delivery process (Like for example, the Gold Petal contract specification (Page 4)). Also there is a FAQ related to Delivery process available on the MCXCCL website.
That said, I am also not completely aware of the nitty-gritty of this process (like all the applicable charges). In case, anyone is knowledgeable about this, please do share.
