kindly advice good stock futures for intraday as many stocks are different types such as liquidity,market lot etc…there might be some good candidates for intraday futures trading…
Look at the Nifty 50 stocks to begin with. They all have good liquidity and therefore tighter bid ask spreads.

Firstly, I would recommend you to watch weekly and monthly charts when buying futures of any stock or commodity. Secondly, I would recommend you to buy in sectors like Banking & Finance, IT, Steel and Power stocks for future trading as they are high traded and liquid. I recommend Jindal steel to you as stock to trade in future or option for this month.
