Got a obscure message from Zerodha

Hi Nithin ji, just now I got a message stating "ZERODHA has reported to NSE that your fund balance +6.03 and securities balance 0 as on end of Jul-17 . See details at ***@GMAIL.COM. I mean all my shares are from NSE.
