Wrong NAV of Mutual fund on specific date

For below mutual funds on coin, NAV shown 0 on 13th Sep and this has messed up the figures of return. Tata small cap fund UTI Nifty200 momentum Index fund. What is the reason of this @Meher_Smaran ?
