Hammer candle forming at day's low conditions

I want to create a strategy using the hammer candle forming at the day’s low, i.e, the low of the hammer candle should be equal to the day’s low

This should be done on a normal candlestick chart in a 1-minute time frame. I want to implement it on the Nifty/BankNifty option charts.
