Havells Upper circuit not honored by exchange

Today morning when i saw the upper circuit limits on Havells, it was at 1121.
I assumed that the trading will halt there and placed my SL orders around that price. My SL order got hit, but the Circuit didnt happen.

Is my understanding of circuit wrong? it shows 15% as circuit now. how will the stock behave when it reaches 15%? will the trading halt?

Havells trades in F&O segment, F&O stocks do not have Circuit Limit’s.

On this stocks exchange has fixed operating range of 10% either saide to ensure trading is done within the specified range to prevent erroneous order entry, as and when price approaches this levels the limits are relaxed further. You can learn more on this here.
