Help me to switch Direct Axis AMC invested fund to Zerodha

I have invested in Axis ELSS direct fund through Axis MF website directly on Aug 2021. I want to move it to Zerodha since i have all other investments in Zerodha. Could anyone tell me how to move folio based MF to Zerodha. Also is it possible for ELSS category before lock-in period is over?

I saw in Zerodha Help page. But i didnt understand it clearly. Can anyone explain me clearly how to move it?

@Nathiarasan , you have to contact axis mf customer care and ask them to convert your MF into ‘demat format’ from the existing physical format . once that is done its very easy to transfer to zerodha. you can call zerodha customer care they will do that in a weeks time.
