Is any online site there to track my holdings corporate news like dividend ex-date , record date ,split bonus buyback and important news in one place , ( not to open each stock seperately and see whether any news there on that day , asking defaulty to come any corporate actions or news on that day )Thanks.

You can keep tabs on Corporate Announcements page on BSE and NSE website, This will not be specific to your holdings but all the stocks listed.

You could check websites like MarketsMojo or Value Research. These allow you to create mock portfolios and then track corporate actions for those stocks in one place.
