I’ve been looking for a second broker & this is precisely the reason why I’ve not considered Kotak/Motilal for that purpose. Still find it strange that people are sticking with Karvy despite them literally transferring clients money into their account.
Zerodha has things to improve, but as long as something like this doesn’t come up and they are transparent, I’ll stick with them.
