How can i find the percentage of shares pledged by their promoters

Can someone share the link/app which updates the pledging of company shares by their promoters??
In addition please share your experiences of movement in share prices w.r.t. company promoters who pledges high amount of shares. Insights will be very helpful to invester community!! Thanks in advance

Follow these steps.

  1. goto www.nseindia.com

  2. Search the scrip.

  3. Click on the company information tab.

  4. Then click on market tracker.

  5. There you will get the latest shareholding pattern. In that page you can see the Number of Shares pledged or otherwise encumbered and also its percentage to the total no. of shares.
