How can i purchase DHLF NCD from zerodha account

I would like to purchase DHLF NCD bonds that are starting on 3rd AUG. How can i get them to Zerodha Demat account.

If you are looking to buy debentures from the open market after initial issue,

You can do this from your trading account just like buying and selling shares.

Look for the corresponding series for DHFL NCD after issue from the NSE website.

Debentures seem to be under the N series eg N1, N2 , N3 etc

Now On your Pi Market Watch NSE > N series

For buying new issues of IPO/NCD you need to apply through ASBA (Applications Supported by Blocked Amount) which means the amount will be blocked but remain in your account until purchase is completed and you will continue to earn bank interest on that amount during the blocked period.

Currently you cannot purchase IPO/NCDs directly from Zerodha trading account. However all banks provide this facility. Do check your bank’s internet banking portal for ASBA service. You will find all currently open IPO/NCDs listed there.You need to write down BO Id in the online application form to take delivery in your demat a/c.
