Hey everyone,
I’ve been doing equity research for a while and recently got curious about how other investors here handle the quarterly results season.
Specifically:
- Do you actually listen to concalls or read transcripts?
- How long does it take you to process one company’s quarterly results?
- What’s the most painful part — finding the transcript, understanding management tone, comparing guidance vs actuals?
- Do you use any tools or is it mostly manual?
Not pitching anything — genuinely trying to understand how serious investors handle this. Would love to hear your workflow.
