How FII invest in Indian stock markets as we are in completely diff time zone?

How and when FII buys in Indian Stock market (NSE/BSE)? Because Indian stock market is available from 9:15 AM till 3:15 PM, during which US is sleeping, and Europe may be just half covered.

Thus this leads to question how and when they actually invest in Indian stock market unless they have some body in India working on behalf of them.

If you have observed, the volume spurt in the Indian markets occurs post noon. This is because most of the European funds (including UK) get an overlap time with India from either 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM (based on the day light savings). Further, US funds operating in the Indian markets, operate from their European offices.
