How many employees starting from broker to exchange do involve for single trader or how many ppl a trader employs indirectly?

I know a trader is a single person but he is not alone in the work chain so how many ppl does he actually indirectly employs from broker house to exchange?

Less than one. Everything is automated from entries to exits. Matching orders etc.
Zerodha has 1200 employees and above 10,00,000 clients. Exchanged have free hundred employees for all brokers
It is all the algorithm that is doing the work. That’s where the cost of brokerage came down

And who are that people who are watching after hosting and all administrative resource like if something will be broken if everything is automated. And maybe somebody knows what is typical salary in Zerodha in case if somebody will need a job in near future.
