I want to know, is it possible to know that how many lot of trade has happend in a 10 min candle of a nifty?
Yes of course, open a 10 min chart of Nifty futures, hover the mouse/crossline etc on the candle, you will see the volume. Divide this number by Nifty lot size (75), you get the number of lots traded in any 10 min.
I have taken the example from Kite charting tool. If you want to get just an approximate idea, you can add the volume panel on the chart (check the bottom bar graph) by clicking on studies.
