Generally I see after dividend declaration,stock price decreases, if dividend declared is say Rs x does the stock decrease by x or any other factor exists, also explain on record date and ex dividend date for dividends, if I sell after the record date will I be eligible to receive dividend and incase of bonus issue what happens if I sell after record date?

The price of a stock decreases more or less equal to the amount of dividend declared per share.
If you sell shares after the record date you will still receive the dividend, works the same with bonus shares as well.
