How such varying price bid

Dear @nithin sir,
can u please explain this…
in this attached pics of market depth of TATACHEM on BSE…in bid side one bid of 2250 quantity is moving with same quantity on wide range of bid price…
i observed it for long …it was there for same quantity at varying bid price …but not getting executed…
how and why it is…

This could be someone’s algo which keeps changing its order price based on some conditions.
