Where I can place bid to participate in JSW Ispl OFS and how can we know the indicative price. Also, what is the method of allotment. For ex. discovered price is Rs 35 and I placed order on Rs. 40, so I will get shares @Rs. 35 or 40?

The Allocation is done on multiple price. In this method the highest price bidder gets maximum preference. In this method every bidder above clearing price gets allocation on price priority basis.
