What are the steps to follow and at what price do I place the OFS?

OFS orders can be placed on your Q-Backoffice > Portfolio > OFS. You can access Q directly from Kite.
Orders will be accepted from July 26th, 3:30 pm until July 27th, 3:15 pm.

Floor price(Minimum Bid Price): Rs.72.80 per share
Max allowed investment per investor: Rs.2,00,000
Max allowed quantity per investor: 2747 at Floor Price
Allocation Methodology: Price Priority

You can also place a bid at the Cut-Off price determined on the first day of OFS on the basis of bids received in the non-retail category. Retail Investors are eligible for a 5% discount to this allotment price after placing a bid at the Cut-Off price.

Note: If your account results in a debit post allotment of OFS, interest at 0.05% per day shall be levied on the debit amount.

Its showing as “No OFS open Currently” But today there is National Fertilizers company OFS.
