How to auto update and save data of equity stock in excel using vb/formula

Dear Zerodha,

Please adivce me how to auto update and save data of equity stock using visual basics/excel formula on daily basis. I know to link from nest trader , using ctrl v and retrive data in excel but i need it upto date from previous to current data. If i open excel by end of the day it has to update automatically. Please do advice / suggest me , this would help a lot traders like us.

Fetching data like that is illegal.

You are not supposed to save data like that. Now that PI will have the backfill data, you can do all backtesting in it. You may not need to save data as excel files.
