How much shares should I buy to qualify for receiving dividend?

How long should I hold them ?

Will the money get deposited in my bank account ? Or in demat account?

You should be holding the shares in your demat on the ex-date.

Case 1: If the company announces dividends then you will get in bank account.
Case 2: if the company gives bonus as shares then the same will be reflected in your demat.
