How to invest in a company’s equity stocks which are not listed in stock exchange.

a) Is it worth to invest in a potential companies whose stocks are available in over the counter (OTC). How to access the OTC service provider.

b) Apart from price fluctuation is there any other type of risk in OTC trade. How will general public come to know about current market price of the stock?

c) Is it regulated by SEBI or any other regulatory bodies in India?

You can do that by participating in a private placement program offered by wealth management companies.

But be aware, when you invest in unlisted companies access to information is limited hence chances of making a bad investment is high.
