How to code Candle Break Out Strategies?

Hi.How can we setup candle break out strategies on streak .
Example :
Time frame 15mins.
Buy on 5th candle High breakout .SL would be low of 5th candle .
Sell on 5th candle Low breakout .SL would be high of 5th candle .

Please mention the parameters to setup for the strategy .There is no information about Nth candle setup and parameters in the Site Manual .
