As far as I know, i dont think you can build a moving average or any indicator based triggers on Sentinel. If you need indicators based alerts, i think you will have to check Streak instead of Sentinel.
Yes it is possible on Streak to create strategies based on indicators and get one click actionable notifications on phone as well as PC
