kindly help to do adjustment in credit spreads when market goes against it generally i create credit spreads of 150 pts (credit) in option premium.

Spreads are directional bets. If it has gone against you then it invalidates your premise itself. In such an event, booking losses would be a better thing to do rather than try and manage positions.
