Due to name mismatch i cant able to link aadhar with PAN. i applied for name correction in PAN and its not yet done. I have to carry fwd my F&O losses. So i have to file it before due date. Is there any way to file my ITR without linking aadhar with PAN.
No , You can file the return only after linking the IT with Aadhar. You will have to amend the Aadhar and both should have same data.
Same with me. I was told by NSDL (Customer care) to wait till it gets linked.
