How to find or collect physical shares by folio number?

Hi,
My Grandfather bought some physical shares, don’t know but we haven’t received physical shares. Only we have Folio numbers and information for no, of securities. After that no one gave attention their. So, till last month we hadn’t any information for it. Last month we got letter from their investor relation company for KYC but for that we don’t have any information like Certificate Number or Distinctive Number.

Now the scene is we have that much information and we want Physical Certificates to do KYC as well as convert to Demat.

Any one know, how to avail the physical shares or necessary information?

I had a similar situation i contacted the company with the folio number they verified couple of things then sent duplicate certificate and using that eventually i dematerialiazed the shares.
