How to get into prop trading firms?

Hey guys do you know any prop trading firms in India ?

Also how to get into prop trading firms ?

What are the requirements or selection criteria for them ?

Requirements for selection should not change much from say US to India given all of them are in field to make money. What you should search is are there any opportunities open in these firms, and give it a shot if there are openings.
