How to invest in mutual fund SIF (Specialised Investment Fund) in Zerodha?

Do you’ve the latest timelines on when one can expect SIFs to be available on coin? It isn’t fair to keep your users/customers in the dark for so long, especially when they’re waiting to invest a sizeable chunk and might be losing out on opportunity cost.

do you have any update on this ? All the other major direct platforms have it since months now. I don’t really want to splitnmy portfolio across multiple platforms

Apologies for the delay. The exchange and DP are still working on enabling the flow for SIFs in demat mode. Once this is in place, it should be available on Coin as well, and we’ll share an update here when it goes live.

How come Zerodha’s coin is the only platform stuck/delayed by this dependency? And why are you unable to commit to an ETA of when this will be resolved?

Thanks for the reply but this is extremely slow and feels weird that even after this much delay, coin don’t have an ETA or hard deadline around it

@Bag_abhi here we are dependant on the exhcngae to fix the process issues at there end as we will be doing SIF in demat mode only, hence it is takign longer than expected.
