Hi … i would to know how we can use the margin benefit while selling nifty options. Do we need to first buy the hedge positions and then put the sell position orders ?
Yes, to get margin benefits beforehand you have to Buy Options first and the executive Short positions and while exiting, square-off Short position first and then Long position.
