How to place 1st order at 9:15AM sharp

I am trying to place an order in equity as quickly as possible at the market open, any suggestions on how to do it?

Would Kite API be faster in placing the order since I can add a loop in code to place it as soon as possible?

Any other broker that allows this?

You can place pre order immeadiately at 9:00 , if you want to get the proper first order

problem is that when done manually and using the kite app, a few seconds delay is inevitable and hence the crucial window is getting missed. Can we do better is what I am trying to understand.
