member ID & User ID is required for logging in, if you don’t have that, send a request for a new password to the brokerage with whom you have opened the trading account.

You can use the 'after market order' (AMO) facility to place orders once the markets have closed. You can ask your broker how to place AMO on their trading platforms. If you're broker is Zerodha, you can read this blog on how to place AMO.
