How to screen companies for Fundamental Analysis?

Hello, I’m reading varsity’s FA chapter, It is explained crystal clearly how to read P/L , CashFlow and Annual Report however I did not find the material on how to screen the companies which Qualify for fundamental Analysis. The author has given example of Amaraja Batteries and explained everything on its reference but it is impossible to read Annual Report of all the companies in market. My question is :
"How to screen the companies which are work Annual Report Analysis ? "
