OTCEI or Over the Countery Exchange of India, was setup initially to help smaller companies raise capital and list, which couldn't otherwise on NSE & BSE.
Check this list of members on OTCEI http://www.otcei.net/broker/blist.htm , guess it would be best to get in touch with one of them on the list. Zerodha is not a member on OTCEI
Trading on OTCEI never really took off, and there is no real trading activity anymore. If you see the statement of Income on the balance sheet, you will see that the revenue from operations is just around Rs 40lks, whereas NSE has revenue from operations of almost Rs 1000 crores.
