I am new into stocks and using kite now. If i buy from BSE and then same stock from NSE. Will it be together in my holdings

Yes, stocks from both the exchanges (NSE and BSE) will be shown in your demat holdings.

Yes once the stocks bought from either exchanges reaches your demat, it shows as a single demat holding. You can sell it fully on any exchanges you prefer.
