I am new to commodities. In the trading platform, i could see total bid quantity as 1300 for zincmini. Is it showing me that only around 1000 people in whole India are trading on zinc mini

1000 people(it could be much lesser as you are assuming that 1 person = 1lot) at that particular point could have placed buy orders for Zinc. But that doesn’t mean because only so many buy orders are open, that means only those are trading Zinc mini.
